UT2003 Patch Version 2186 Available
Although they just released an update a little over a week ago, there’s yet another patch version 2186 now available for Unreal Tournament 2003. We’ll be using this version for our online gaming next Wednesday. Download

Also, we'll be using the new Digital Extremes v1 expansion pack as well. Download

UT2003 Patch Version 2166 Available
There’s a version 2166 patch now available for Unreal Tournament 2003. We’ll be using this version for our online gaming tonight as well as the LAN party this weekend. Let me know if you have any questions or problems. Download

Unreal Tournament 2003 For Upcoming Tourney!
If everything goes as planned, we'll be playing UT2003 instead of Quake III Arena for our Deathmatch tournament this weekend. We'll be using a server log parser to determine the winners much like we have done previously with Quake III Arena. Although the graphical splendor of UT2003's graphic engine is raising the eye-candy level for sure, along with it is the PC speeds needed to play competitively. Therefore, I'd recommend having a hardware minimum for this party of a 1.5GHz CPU with 512 MB RAM and GeForce 3 Ti video card.

I just heard that GameSpy has released their "Planet" series web site for Battlefield 1942! Woohoo! I'm really looking forward to using this site often! Their URL is www.planetbattlefield.com. Check it out!

Tonight we finally got around to checking out Unreal Tournament 2003 online for the first time! Our next online event will be Wednesday, January 22, at 8PM. And we'll be playing Unreal Tournament 2003 once again to get warmed up for the party just over a week away!
